Where does my money go?	100 % of every gift fuels this local mission. Donations pay for Xavier’s airfare and basic travel needs plus the conference’s on-site costs in Tanzania—venue rental, Swahili workbooks, meals, and small travel stipends for the 1,000 village pastors. No funds are used for admin salaries.
Is my donation tax-deductible?	Yes. All gifts are receipted through Chicago Tabernacle, a registered 501(c)(3), so you can claim the deduction on your U.S. taxes.
What happened at the last DNA of a Leader conference?	At the 2023 gathering in Morogoro, hundreds of rural pastors spent three days “sharpening the axe” through Bible-based leadership sessions on prayer altars, stewardship, and clear communication. Many returned home saying they felt “more empowered and equipped” to disciple their congregations.
Why does this matter spiritually?	“Where goes the leader, there goes the church.” When a pastor’s private life is healthy, an entire village can flourish. Training one leader ripples out to hundreds of believers—and new church plants—across Tanzania.
What will Xavier’s 2025 trip accomplish?	From June 27 – July 8, 2025 our team will • support Tanzanian pastors running the next 1,000-attendee conference; • mentor leaders one-on-one; and • leave behind DNA workbooks and teaching slides—resources locals can reuse with the 9,000 pastors already waiting for training, which logistically we can not serve this time.
